Outdoors
Let your senses run free and relax on your private terrace. Lay on the hammock with your favorite book and when the day gets too hot, enjoy the coolness of your private pool. The gorgeous sea view from Glady’s terrace becomes even more magical at sunset as you watch the sky changing colors while you sip a glass of wine while relaxing in your heated jacuzzi. Nothing can disrupt your peace! There is also an alfresco dining area, just the perfect setting for your private dinner party under the starry sky that rolls into cocktails at the fanciest bars of Naxos Town.

The villa fuses modern elements with traditional Cycladic architecture and bohemian décor creating an airy atmosphere to indulge in exclusive luxury living. For indoor entertainment, we also got you covered; the comfy living area with the TV will make those lazy afternoons in the villa feel like home while there is a modern kitchen with every appliance to prepare delicious meals for your entire family! There are 2 double bedrooms, both with sea view and comfy bedding promising a good night’s sleep for everyone.

Utopia is part of a villa complex, so you can take full advantage of the facilities such as the gym. If you are traveling with toddlers, the villa can provide baby equipment on request plus it’s close to the sandy Agios Prokopios beach, ideal for families with children. And no worries about the sleeping arrangements as there are 2 built-in sofa beds in the living area that can easily sleep 2 children.
