Villa Panorama overlooks the Kolokitha Peninsula from a 4,000 sqm hillside plot near Agios Nikolaos. Proudly featured in our Signature Portfolio, it is designed to host 12 guests in five comfortable bedrooms plus a self-contained guesthouse. Outdoors, an infinity pool (heated on request), pool bar, BBQ, and multi-level terraces frame wide sea views. Inside, open-plan living, large glazing, and en-suite bedrooms keep the mood bright and simple. The nearest beach is roughly 300 meters away, while Elounda lies just a short drive further.
